Refund policy

Refunds or exchanges are accepted within 3 days of receiving your order, provided that items are in their original, unused packaging.

If you choose not to accept the order, you will only be required to cover the shipping fees.

Refunds can take up to 14 working days to be processed.

Customers can exchange each item only once—once an item has been exchanged, it cannot be exchanged again. 

Kindly Note That:

• Customized items are not eligible for an exchange or refund.
• A deposit is required for confirmation for personalized orders.
• The confirmation fee for personalized items is non-refundable, even if the order is returned.
• Personalized orders take from 10-14 working days.
